Bean to bar since 2018
OUR STORY
Every bar tells a story, from a cacao tree in a remote valley to the hands of our master chocolatiers. This is the journey of bean to bar.
We believe great chocolate is born in the soil, not the factory. By working directly with smallholder farmers in some of the world's most remarkable cacao-growing regions, we source beans with distinct flavor profiles that reflect their terroir , just like fine wine or single-origin coffee.
Our commitment to ethical sourcing means farmers receive fair prices, long-term partnerships, and support for sustainable agricultural practices. The result is chocolate that tastes good in every way.
